By accessing and using VoiceCraft Studios services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
VoiceCraft Studios provides podcast recording, production, editing, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
Studio bookings require advance payment or deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled sessions may incur cancellation fees. Full payment terms will be provided upon booking.
Clients retain ownership of their podcast content. VoiceCraft Studios retains the right to use project examples in our portfolio with client permission. We respect all copyright and intellectual property rights.
VoiceCraft Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
We maintain confidentiality of client projects and information. Clients are also expected to respect the confidentiality of other studio users and our business operations.
We reserve the right to terminate service to any client who violates these terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
